Our most direct donation opportunity is our Sponsorship program. Sponsors immediately see the impact of their gift on the life of an individual student and become a critical part of our education model that addresses the cycle of poverty that plagues our students’ communities and replaces it with a cycle of hope, determination, and success.
As a Student Sponsor, you will:
- Be invited to meet and get to know your student at two annual events on campus
- Have the opportunity to join your student for periodic lunches and dinners as your schedule allows
- Receive two letters each year from your student, updating you on his journey through WJA
- Get updates from the WJA team about your student, including Honor Roll and Student Awards
- Attend our inspiring Graduation as your student completes 8th grade and begins his next chapter
- And much more
